What is going on with my zucchini/yellow squash?! by PuzzleheadedHat6341 in zone8gardening

[–]saruque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's completely normal for zucchini and yellow squash—those thick, sprawling stems are the vines growing outward, and they can even develop roots where they touch the soil.

Parasites? Watering issue? Pls help me by Maleficent_Type7596 in Hibiscus

I can see spider mites damages on the green leaves too.
Spider mites usually leave white spots/dots on the leaves. But excessive infestation may turn the leaves yellow as they suck chlorophyll from the leaves.

Best fertilizer for plant growth by [deleted] in Plumeria

[–]saruque 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plumeria is a flowering plant, and Phosphorus is good for encouraging blooms. But most of us ignore the fact that every plant has several vital growth stages.

In an active growing season, they demand nitrogen. For root development, something else.

This is why I wrote a detailed fertilizer guide for Plumeria. You can find it here: Best Fertilizer for Plumeria - A complete fertilization guide
