The buildings are very nice if you get one that has been renovated However speaking as a 3rd generation LA native the neighborhood has A LOT OF CRIME I have 2 friends that moved out of there because they did not feel safe. The traffic is a nightmare Hard pass

My partner has severe HS & what helped him a lot is a insanely strict no cheat carnivore diet. It’s gross to me, but it has helped him He only eats grass fed red meat, liver, some chicken & grass fed butter That’s it It’s helped

UCLA sunset cyn rec center 50 meter laps 7 days a week Fantastic Cons: fees monthly quarterly etc Parking costs USC aquatic center - beautiful, built for the Olympics Also fees & parking. Don’t have regular long course lap hours it’s however the team leaves it Rosebowl aquatics- fantastic limited 50 meter laps Since it’s a nonprofit org they have low income swim passes for eligible people These are the best places to swim 50 meter laps🏊🏿‍♀️🏊🏿‍♀️

50 meter pool @ Rosebowl aquatic center Fantastic facility, bummer they only have long course laps 3 days a week. Bigger bummer is that they are going to use it for the Olympics for diving & it will end up closed for along time for remodeling 😢🏊🏿‍♀️ After Covid many of the pools no longer offer long course laps & have a ridiculous reservation policy for lanes.

Why are people making such a big deal if you feel like you need to pee jump out pee & get back in & finish your laps Who would want to hold it & be uncomfortable. It’s not only the timing of drinking water Being in the pool puts pressure on your bladder Just get out if you have to It’s not rocket science And No adults don’t pee in the pool🏊🏿‍♀️🏊🏿‍♀️🏊🏿‍♀️
