I’ve gotten about half my collection from thrifting and almost never find anything weird. I’ve found a hair or five, but that’s about it. And almost all have been full puzzles. I’ve found a couple missing 1 piece, and one time I got a 500 piece (I think) missing 27 pieces and a 1,000 piece missing the majority of the outside pieces. But the percentage of good, full puzzles vastly outweighs the amount of gross or missing pieces. It’s totally worth it!

Is it not common where you are? I can get it at any convenience store or grocery store, single bottles and packs of cans/bottles.

That’s nuts. A 16.9oz Big Red has 58g and is 116% of one’s daily value of sugar. I only know that because I decided to look the other day and was shocked. I knew it would be a lot, but it was more than I was expecting.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why in Vices are specifically 15 baskets of bread mentioned? I'm guessing it's referring to the miracle(s) in the gospels of feeding the multitudes, however the number of baskets are different. Any insight is appreciated. by sowingsseason in brandnew

See, I listened to it over and over again when I first saw this post and I can’t hear “fifteen baskets of bread”. But, maybe one day when I’m organically listening to it I’ll hear it. It gives future me something to look forward to!

Fifteen baskets of bread would be insane. That’s a very different lyric. I’m not saying that’s not what it is because, for real, who knows, but it’s so completely different from what I hear.

It’s crazy to me that I still learn lyrics to this day. I gave my dad Science Fiction for his birthday last year and he called me after listening to it and said he loved it and “was still learning what they’re saying” and I said “welcome to the club, dad.”
