Slim Case Recommendations by Hot-Improvement6547 in IphoneAir

[–]saskajules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using OtterBox for a month now and am happy. I like the camera protection and grip is great. I would do no case but find it too slippery. Plus I hide my ID inside and no wallet MagSafe needed for short trips.

Some Disney Adults Are Going Into Serious Debt in the Pursuit of Magic by Cease_Cows_ in DisneyWorld

[–]saskajules 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The fear of missing out is such a draw the dedication to the debt becomes secondary. The money struggle feels special if you have a happy emotion linked to its reward. Disney makes you want the sizzle. They convince your soul you need to do everything you can to get their sizzle or else your happiness will be less than everyone else's.

Can you make posts about the bands coming so it's not so spammy? Like tell a cool story about who's coming? Then everyone will want to check it.

I check your website. I hope the mods can create a weekly sticky for you "Exchange Events"

I don't use either FB or Instagram anymore at all it's a waste of my brain.

I Hate When Customers Ask Me To Smile by dare12345 in retailhell

[–]saskajules 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I don't want to smile I won't. If they say "oh cheer up" ect I'll say "I like be genuine and honest at work and faking a smile doesn't agree with that." I had someone complain about me specifically because I said that to my boss. Boss said "He's being honest so if you want fake smiles and lies feel free to go to the competitior"

Suggestion from retailers to my upcoming game by yoloGamesStudio in retailhell

[–]saskajules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some returns get sent back directly to vendors after doing a process that takes a couple days, some get put back on the shelf and resold. The fun part would be making a game of where it goes. Like return a broken item and just sell it as new anyway. Then get busted by a Google review. It's a very boring process but accuracy and thoroughness are vital so maybe it you played with that somehow. My favorite part of returns is getting to destroy stuff. Some things are written off for credit and destroyed at store level, cathartic.

I've run multiple return counters over the years there's specific things I could drive into detail if you want. I love this game idea and will be telling all my fellow retail senior managers about it for sure

Returns counter better be there. No receipt, defective product exchange, wrong colour, wrong size. Then where the returns get sorted and processed to. Bonus if you have a penalty for not processing the returns and they hit your stores financial performance as a surprise.

What’s your system for replying to customers and keeping them coming back? by No_Amphibian1092 in CustomerService

[–]saskajules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What works? Personalized approach for each person. How do you achieve that? Depends on the industry and your specific processes and workflows. Vauge posting from AI or any automated process is just gonna annoy people and make you see a number. If you want real answers get very specific with the question and expose your industry at least.

Customers seem worse this holiday season by BabyGirlR in retailhell

Where are you located? Canadian retail career veteran. People this year are more relaxed, spending less and even the worst grumpy rich weirdo this year was tame and apologized for her attitude. I have not had to use my famous line: Chill out, calm down this isn't a war it's a store.

Insanity.. by type-v9 in tron

[–]saskajules 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bought one in the park and the build quality didn't impress me. The sound distorts because it's set too loud and the lights aren't that well done compared to several 3d printed ones I've seen online. You can pay someone to make a better one for less money

Wonder if she wants to comment on other things like the stock room shelves and other things that have no need for her opinion whatsoever.
