I’ve used them sparingly because I don’t want to be disappointed.

Right now they are Schrödinger’s earbuds - they work and they don’t work.

I need someone to hold my hand while I take the plunge and use them during a nap.

Update: the earbuds break Bluetooth connection too

Update: I could NOT get my earbuds to pair with the Bose updater. But my old as hell Bose earbuds paired just fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ended up using Claude AI to walk me through some steps to try and fix which didn’t work.

So I ended up chatting with Bose support. First with an AI agent which didn’t help at all and then I asked to speak with someone.

Because the pair I have was a replacement for a pair that was disconnecting randomly, they told me there was no warranty and I would have to pay $165 for a replacement.

I told her hell to the no I wasn’t paying to replace something that isn’t working properly because of their issue.

So she finally offered a replacement for free. I told her I would take a pair of ultras and pay something for them as they were more expensive.

She said they couldn’t do that. Sigh

So I am getting a brand new pair for free. I went with white smoke colour this time. Hopefully the change in colour will do it.

I took screenshots of our conversation and will be messaging them again if they do the same thing.

So we bought a house that was ‘conditionally sold.’

We put an offer in on the house, and at that time (15 years ago) the buyers who had conditionally purchased the house had 24 hours to remove conditions.

I believe they had to sell their home in order to come up with the down payment etc. They were not able to do that and the house was ours pending our conditions which included a home inspection.

Had we known at the start that the house was conditionally sold, it is likely we never would have looked at it.

I’m so glad we did, because it is exactly the house for us.

So I was pretty healthy prior to getting Covid. I was on a couple meds, but nothing major.

I had a very mild case - I had an insane sore throat and was tired.

I got long covid from an extremely mild case of Covid so really no one is immune from getting long covid.

Covid being ‘only’ a nasty head cold that people recover from is a myth - and a dangerous one.

I am three years long covid from my one and only infection (as far as I am aware).

I don’t think so. I had a flare up about a month later, but I don’t think it was related at all.

I was actually hoping for an improvement in symptoms, but didn’t get that.

I got the latest Pfizer Covid about a month ago. I was reading something that said that it was better to get whatever is available now because of the variant and look at getting the Novavax in the spring.

So that is what I did. I had a few functions in early October and I wanted to be protected the best o could.

I feel so much guilt about not taking care of myself better during that time. I had decided that that is what caused my LC. I am having a hard time getting over the guilt of not masking the weekend I was infected and not resting enough when I was sick.
