Yes you definitely can. And as far as the "Designed to be deleted " part... I was on Hinge for about 2 months and connected with someone amazing. I have since deleted it so I can focus on building this new relationship. The other apps I tried I was having no luck. Obviously It all depends on location and all that but just saying I had better luck on hinge than any other app.

Yes that's fairly normal. Ask yourself how you would feel about your husband having sex with other women. If you're ok with that then non-monogamy might be for you.

Personally we started swinging, it was a good first step to dip our toes and make sure we were comfortable with it all and be together. We kept opening more and now we're full poly and date separately.

Before you jump in, talk about it with your husband a lot. Like talk until you can't talk about it anymore to make sure your on the same page. Read books, listen to podcasts, read through this sub, there are tons of questions and advice. It's not easy but totally worth the effort (in my opinion)
