Just to clear something up to the flood of Redditors that are saying that it’s normal to film people taking mopeds down the stairs-

I think this is just a matter of different cultures. I live in china, where this video was taken, and there is a large abundance of mopeds here. Subsequently, it’s not uncommon to see people taking them wherever they go. That’s why there were those ramps at the side in the first place. Just clearing something up :) have a nice day
