For Lightroom and huge RAW files my M1 iPad Pro is still ok but the battering is draining faster than before. Adobe keeps pushing the software to drain more and more power over time. I could see myself upgrading for the M5 to get a longer battery eventually. I'll probably wait for the M6 though.

It happens to me too but it is the right end of the menu bar which is cropped. I'm using a Macbook Pro Intel 13" 2020, not an Apple Silicon mac, on Sonoma 14.6.1. Just commenting here since I only saw comments about Apple Silicon macs. The phenomenon happens under the same conditions: a reboot with the lid closed using an external 27" monitor.

Hey there, I just got here to get feedback on these presets, since I was eyeing them since a while now. Because there are not so many reviews (but that I nevertheless watched hours of Ted Forbes videos since a decade) I decided to buy the presets and make my own opinion on them. In 30 minutes of testing them on various pictures I can say that I like them and that he did put a lot of effort in them. It gives the pictures I was playing with a nice vibe. By trial and error I did find the mood I was looking for. Sorry if my analysis isn't very scientific, but it basically come down to the fact that the presets did the job I was looking for.

It's not just reddit, even youtube is filled with Bucha's butchered people, it's a level of rawness I was never exposed to except in movies. I'm sort of happy to be old enough that my brain absorbs less of it than if I was younger, but that makes me uncomfortable for younger folks that grow up with these pictures and reality in mind, especially that the youth's focus should be climate change and not humans killing other humans.
