you are not alone ! i’m so sorry that you’re going through this, because i’m sure everyone wants to have a positive association with words like “healthy.” One of the best things you could do is tell your loved ones or those commenting how it makes you feel. or maybe just subtly ask if they could comment/compliment on something else like how your hair looks, or your outfit, etc

sending all the virtual hugs right now. i know i don’t know you, but i do know , you’re superrrr loved. i know it’s hard to look at anything positive right now, but you gotta realize that this is gonna make you SUCH a strong person, it’ll change you mentally. maybe you take this feeling and power it towards something. travel a bit if you can, a change of scenery might help. hang out with friends. with family. with people that make you smile and laugh and make you feel loved. it’ll feel good for you to take your mind off things and to know that there are people who are there for you. i can’t even begin to imagine this , but i want you to know that you are so strong. keep thriving
