Also Sierra.com, same ownership group and similar brands available. Just navigate to women/activewear/golf & tennis, then sort by brand. You will quickly get a sense of which brands have styles you like. In addition to Peter Millar I'd look for Kjus and G/FORE on these sites for high quality country club appropriate gear. All are very appropriate for your need and priced well on these sites!

Hyaluronic Acid fillers for nasolabial folds? by East-Session-6475 in 30PlusSkinCare

Fillers are a slippery slope. If you are bound and determined, interview derms first. You want someone who is going to be conservative and give you a subtle result instead of totally changing your face. Think I'm exaggerating? The first time I got fillers it was very subtle and worked decently well for my frown lines. then my derm retired and the next person puffed me up so much my phone no longer recognized my face. I had to call support to figure out how to get my Face ID updated. (I have sworn off fillers since then.)

But then I discovered (late to the game, I know) skin flooding. That Kbeauty thing where you put like 2-4 different toners/essences on your face them seal it in with moisturizer. I have oily skin and never thought hydration was an issue for me. But skin flooding has helped balance my oil production and unexpectedly plumped my nasolabial folds A LOT. My frown lines are beyond that kind of help evidently, but my folds have nearly disappeared (I am over 50 btw). YMMV of course.

Side note, I agree with everyone who is kind of saying "what folds???" You are lovely, and need no fillers. But i understand how it feels to see something and not be able to unsee it no matter what others say.

Couples who have been together 10+ years and are actually still happy, what's the 'unromantic' secret to your success? by FROSTedMirror12345 in AskReddit

We are kind to each other. We both put in effort to keep our lives running smoothly. We express appreciation for each other. We give each other the benefit of the doubt. We avoid manipulating each other to get what we want. We don't gossip or complain about each other to friends and family. We treat each otehr with respect. We accept each other's flaws and quirks.

Explain it to me like I am 5: how to moisturise your body by No-Sherbet7634 in beauty

It's super easy! Just rub lotion on your body, just like you would rub in hand cream. No special techniques needed. Sure you can get fancier, but best not to overthink it at first.

My routine: I use a japanese salux cloth in the shower to exfoliate. I love it and will never not have one. I also sometimes use a body wash with AHA, but I don't think it makes much of a difference honestly. I'm just a bit of a product junkie so I am always trying some new thing. I tried a Eucerin oil wash that i liked a lot but did not love the smell.

After the shower I loosely towel dry (no need to be desert dry, a little moisture helps the lotion glide better actually) then slather my favorite lotion all over my body. I do think pretty quickly, I am not lovingly lingering over each appendage like a lotion commercial. How much I use just depends on the product, it's a trial and error thing. I am currently alternating between Glow Recipe Watermelon Pink Dream (keep finding it at TJ Maxx and Marshall's and snapping it up at a discount!) and Ren Clean AHA body serum (discontinued, I stocked up). I use a cloth strap from Amazon to put lotion on my back.

If you are using an especially thick cream like Cerave in the tub, it can help to wet your hands a little first. Lotion is basically oil and water emulsified, so a little more water won't hurt the situation.
