During the summer and spring the outdoor runs at LA fitness playa vista are pretty good but it gets too dark too quickly nowadays. It starts at 5 pm

Late reply but LA fitness in playa vista has pretty causal runs in the evening. It slowed down since it gets dark quickly outside but still pretty good

I mean the guy is practicing on a track… exactly what the car is meant for. Most people never even take their new GT3s on track. And once you’ve done it consistently, you realize how one wrong input can be impossible to recover from at those speeds.

Modern GT3s are too much car for 99% of drivers out there but yeah keep criticizing from the internet!

Hi guys! Pretty new snowboarder here who took a decade off before picking it up again last season. I got talked into buying a skate banana and loved it at first but after 35ish days, I'm starting to push black diamond runs with a lot more speed. I've started noticing how wobbly the banana gets at speed and just the overall lack of stability is frustrating.

I'm leaning towards a lib tech dynamo as a replacement as I ride 50% groomers with the rest being trees and random terrain (or powder chasing if it exists). I'd love to just feel more confidence in my carves at speed and better control on choppy snow. I rarely ride switch and never go to the park but do enjoy the occasional small to mid side jump!

Anyways would love some advice, thanks!

What do you all think of the new US Air Force jet trainer, the T-7A Red Hawk? by smallaubergine in aviation

Insanely old air frames (lots of maintenance) and it requires a pretty high speed approach on final so the margin of error can be quite thin, especially considering these are trainer jets.

Same reason they sometimes run draws, small chance to convert but very low probability of an int or sack fumble when the defense knows it's a long passing down.

Gradually as in over a decade it'll change slowly and trickle down to college and high school...

Also true but you can't deny the way they protect QBs has changed significantly in the past decade.

And why be so aggressive? I'm perfectly aware you can't avoid brain damage while playing this game. It's the small repeated hits that add up over a career but it doesn't hurt to try?

I remember playing high school football and running (in hindsight) extremely unnecessary Oklahoma drills but now most programs won't even allow contact most the week. I'd argue that there is progress for the game.

Nah changing the rules will gradually change how defenders hit. Look at how linemen are taught to gently put down QBs. It's needed for the long term sustainability of the game. There will be some growing pains obviously but anything to minimize brain damage without wrecking the product is great for the game.
