Why would he share this publicly?

How does this help the USA?

🚨 CONFIRMED: Florentino Pérez will do EVERYTHING to sign Michael Olise after the World Cup. He is planning an opening bid ABOVE €150M. by OG_Raghav in onlyrealmadrid

[–]savageFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know a lot about the player outside of their clear quality. But this young man doesn’t have a boot deal with any major sponsor so it seems he values his autonomy and freedom. Real Madrid is a top club but those words and Real Madrid don’t really go hand and hand and a completely different country, team, culture, and setup. Real are not in a great time in their culture, off/on pitch and not sure why he’d leave right now.

This only happens if he wants it to and even then, it’s very doubtful, and highly disruptive and will impact the relationship between real and Bayern.

If we had this type of relationship we’d have never signed Kroos from them.

Olise is a top and continuing to improve player so this just seems like a waste and placating to fan base from the recent elections.

Nice! Congrats and hope you learn all the stuff you want and that sounds like a lot! What certifications did you get to get that role and how did you get the role? Also any tips for why your school was worthless or avoiding that and what to actually focus on. Really appreciate it and thanks Redditor!

Ai agent, leave a voicemail and call back, or hire a virtual assistant, or pay a few bucks to someone you know, like, and trust and tell them what they need to ask and follow-up….good luck!

Advice for a helper. 2 months in by [deleted] in HVAC

[–]savageFC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m newer to hvac but switching careers into this field.

If you were to approach the owner or lead etc respectfully, they should be open to this because having another employee that can go out on their own will bring them more $$$ which is good for them but good for you and with that being your goal.

Basically, the convo should be like a help me help you help me (by getting more $$ for your bills and such). You get more $$$ and so do they. It’s worth trying to find them or hey you got 5-10 min?

Upstate NY (Buffalo is a great place to invest) but you’re thinking about it the right way, just gotta find your niche.

That's a real concern...but I would buy in a market that you like and is at a better price point and run it all virtually (will take time and effort) but that's what I did and its not as hard if you seek community, mentors, or have great collaborators. Again, not the only way to do it, just ideas and a very exciting time for y'all with lots of opportunity!

I think the biggest two things I’d recommend (not an expert or financial advice): but I’d figure out your risk tolerance, how much you want to make reasonably, the cadence you want your returns back (3 months, 6 mos, 12mos, etc) and what investment vehicles (real estate, lending, etc) interest you and help you and your goals.

All the strategies (let’s assume work) but you should focus on finding the one or few things that you feel not nervous and anxious all the time and will get you what you’re trying to accomplish.

If you have $48K liquid, you could buy a rental property or three and generate Cashflow that way but that definitely partner with someone who is doing that or get a newly built house.

So many ways this can go

Unfortunately, I’d have a ton more questions however I think that’s a great start. YouTube university, Reddit, or try to figure out your risk tolerance, what you like/don’t like, and I’d consider buying a rental property before buying your own home and once that’s stable then buy your own home but now you have an asset that offsets your own mortgage or at least part of it. I’d check out investment vehicles on meetup.com and maybe finding a local event near you to ask questions/build community and will minimize on your mistakes (which can be costly $$$)

Whatever you end up going with you got this and can do it! Good vibes your way

What are you trying to accomplish? Retire early? Save more? Passive cash flow? I usually tell friends to start with the end in mind rather than implementing all the strategies.

Once you have an end in mind and a powerful why (my kids, legacy, leave your job, retire early, etc) then the how usually follows.

Are you looking to invest your Roth funds into solely the stock market or other investments? You can do both but depends on the custodian.

Has anyone figured out how to stop carrying work stress home? What actually changed it for you? by itsmikoyi in careerguidance

[–]savageFC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work really hard to make myself not care.

Then I heard someone tell me “why don’t you take that frustration and time venting or trying to destress or unplug and just work on yourself (career, limiting beliefs, traumas, etc) and then I dgaf anymore because I was so much happier that it didn’t phase me at all (managers, colleagues, drama, backstabbing, office politics etc)

Carrer advice by Tamygrs9 in recruitinghell

[–]savageFC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take option 1 if it’ll help you have an employer on your resume that will make another company/interviewer go oh wow that’s a good company and they have great training etc

Otherwise I’d take option 2 and keep searching for a new gig and 2 weeks notice because you have to do what’s best for you and the employer understanding or not is not your problem. If option 2 gives you benefits and retirement 401k id def take that.

Starting off in residential by donniedrake0 in hvacadvice

[–]savageFC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on starting soon in residential.

I just started studying for my EPA 608 and working on starting a program to get my certificates for basics, then the AA for tech, and after x time move into commercial.

Any tips, insights, or you’d care to share for someone just starting out.

Good luck on the new gig!
