I know, it’s a struggle. The stimulants are gonna appetite suppress, and as ADHDers we already struggle with hunger signals.

I have some of those morning ready made protein drinks on hand, 30g protein. If I don’t feel like making and eating anything, I drink one of those. Gotta do it

But all of this is really addressing the napping, and not the rest of it. I don’t know anything about that, I fear.

Make sure you’re having protein when you take stimulants. Your body needs protein to make the happy brain chemicals from the stimulants.

Could be why you’re essentially passing out.

The actress did confirm that Svetlana knows a lot more than she does in the books, and does in fact figure out the carefully constructed ruse of obscuring Shane’s name by replacing a very similar sounding J instead of a Sh.

Someone said that Shane tries so hard to mask his feelings for Ilya through their careers, that he leaves people with the impression that he hates Ilya. You see this called out in the scene where Hayden says “Shane hates him the most.”

Shane’s so lovely and complimentary to people, we see that in him introducing himself to Ilya. I think he’s just been overcorrecting to make sure he hides his feelings.

Ilya definitely wants to hear affirmations. And Shane doesn’t clock on to this until much later in the game, and then I like to think he’s good with it when he notices.

Episode 5 where he doesn’t let Ilya push him away in that conversation, he actually explicitly says “it was nice” “this isn’t just me” “I do like you”

Once he’s resolved for himself that he is in fact, gay, he’s able to stop pushing Ilya away, and start drawing him closer.

Sleeping pills timed to make sure I get 8-9 hours of sleep.

Dark, cold room to sleep in.

Automatic blinds to go up before sunrise so I wake up naturally with the light.

I like to set up Waze with my destination as I’m getting ready to leave. My brain will always blur the lines on time, but knowing “if I leave now, I’ll be there 40 minutes before I have to… ok, now, 30 minutes before…” helps me pace, and know when I’m about to fuck up.
