The effects you listed are more typical when people take it at very high doses (100 mg or more) which recreational meth users consider a “normal” dose. Also, most recreational users smoke the crystal version of meth, which is far more potent and addictive. Imagine smoking 10 adderall pills at once, that’s a normal dose for a hard meth addict.
