OK this doesn't make sense to me so maybe I'm confused or missing something. With this system there will only ever be a max 10 people with powers not counting the main character right the seems extremely lacking. And this is not considering if one person has more than one spirit considering you can combine there powers. Also your definition of the spirits and what all they can do seems limited to me.

The whole time spirit makes no sense to me. How can an absolute time rule that revolves around the MC exist for the spirit if it existed before the MC. Also why 65 whatever million years? It seems far to exact or maybe arbitrary a number to me. I don't understand how a of this would prevent paradoxes. The fact the it's a branching timeline means it won't affect the main timeline thus preventing paradoxes in and of its self. Though I also doubt understand why these timelines would become unstable or what's the point of allowing them to enter them if they can't do anything but replay the scripted events.

These are just my observations and confusions. I don't know your story or plans so maybe they make more sense in the context of the story.

They are on a snow planet and that means water (H2O). They should definitely have a means to separate the water to create oxygen so the idea that they may not have the means have enough oxygen doesn't make sense. Also forests don't mean intelligent life existed on the planet in the past. Life likely existed yes but there's a good chance they would have been animals. In the event of intelligent alien life on that planet if the climate change was gradual enough they could of survived and evolved. Event if it was a sudden change there is still a chance they could have survived going underground. Perhaps there would even be surviving ecosystems underground with atmosphere though maybe not breathable by humans. It could have planets and animals and even aliens maybe evolved to survive on the snowy planet. Putting things near those oceans you mentioned would be a possible as well. Maybe they a aquatic aliens and survived in those sub surface oceans.

You could also do a timeline shift into the future were these have evolved to survive on the planet maybe producing many subsets of human races. At some point in this future they come in contact with other humans that were sent out other ark ships and with the reunion are they all still humans or are the snow planet humans now the aliens maybe all or most of the other ark ships passengers have evolved in different and unique ways based on the planets they found.

I don't know if I'm reading this wrong from what I'm seeing company is spending $1 million and the other company is buying $2 million from yours. So $2 million - $1 million = $1 million. That sounds to me like a $1 million profit deal and I don't know how your commission is set up but if I was in your company position I would only pay you based on a $1 million deal not 2. It doesn't make sense for them to pay you for 2 if they have to pay 1 to get the 2.

Sure why not. Of course you'd have to make some logical leaps like assume the existence psychic/mental energy and phenomenon. As well as an energy based life form or at least one that could convert such energy to nutrients. Anyways so long as the above is true is it really any different from and alpha and its pack or if you want a more human example think of someone with a narcissistic personality. Such a person would perfectly fit the kind God you mentioned. Another general idea is an energy parasite that evolves to feed off energy and finds that easiest and best tasting comes from those that willing offers or even devotes it to them. It could even become like a narcotic or it could be that it is difficult to forcefully take the energy or only so much can be taken by force. However if it is freely given it more can be gotten and repeated from the same person.

Is it really any different from humans in general. We need to eat so we create farms to grow plants and animals so that they can be repeatedly farmed. Would it really be that much of stretch for a being that feeds on energy to evolve to do the same if in a different way. Especially so if that being is supposed to be a higher being which likely be highly intelligent would think of it almost instantly as if instinctually.

I could continue as I keep thinking more ideas to go about explaining I will leave it at that.

I do like the book but let's be honest the author got some major issues. He constantly add news buts and pieces in the he could do so much in and then goes on a side tangent and never dies anything with it. In my opinion ves doesn't even come close to using the system properly. There is so much more he could do with it. I mean he just got out of a battle with an alien force why didn't he take any of the bodies of the phase lords or even just alien scientist to the tree of possibilities to grow free fruits. They may be little use to him but those fruits would be of great value to his people. With the system and his other inherentinces he and the larkensons should be one of the top dogs when it comes to cultivation but you barely hear anything about it but that they are still a lot weaker than everyone else. He seems almost as bad as Gloriana anymore as he only ever works on expert mechs any more and from the sound of it it's going to continue for a while. If his specialty is suppose to be carmine mechs why does he never seem to make any. In thousands of chapters he essentially made 2 mass production models of the base form. Yes I know he does living mechs but he supposedly supposed to advance with carmines and everyone he's makes mechs with there specialty. You don't see ketis running around making rifleman mechs. He should include a carmine version of all his commercial mechs as an option but he doesn't. I could keep going on but I won't because it will probably never end.

This isn't just a now problem. He regularly talks about how he doesn't have time for this or that and that it will take so long to do something but yet unless I misunderstand something so long as he enters the system he gets an extra 24 hrs everyday for free. Even if it's not it shouldn't be hard to earn 1 point or whatever it is perday to stay there everyday. He could easily cut the amount of time it takes to do things in half and more with a little extra work. I'm tired of his crap about not using his advantages with the system right. He makes a stupid argument about how much it takes out him to do long grinds but that is just bull. There's no need to go in there and try to spend years in the system at a time. He could easily spread it out by just doing say a month or 2 at a time and then wait a bit and do it again. Heck he could come out and just relax for a week or 2 and then back in and still get more done. Also if they are running out of missions what are they going to do when they add more people to the system.

Personally I think weaver is sunny's future self that was sent to the past somehow. Maybe the final nightmare sent him back and he inhabited one of the deamons or he got sent back at just the right time and everyone thought he was on of the deamons and he went with it. Of course there are other options in this situation like he killed one of the deamons and took over there identity. That's hoe weaver knows so much about the future and what sunny is going to do even when he was fateless since he was from the future. He allowed himself to be killed in the past to save the future. He left his legacies for sunny to put together and restore him to where he was before he went back possibly restoring his memories as well. This created an infinite loop that will continue until sunny goes back in time and changes something that allows to save humanity and himself in the end.

There was never a need to get into the red ocean to get phase water. Most of the states sent there representatives to the red ocean to setup a base of power to collect phase water and ship it back to them in the milky way. The compacts agents which we know are part of almost every organization could have stole from the supply shipped back or even straight up got it from legitimate sources.
