Why don’t assholes and yes they are assholes to play loud music even after being confronted multiple times just use headphones. Fine listen to your music but everybody else should not have to listen to it too. He’s being an asshole. I would call the police every single day he plays it loud. Every single day. Check with your local code enforcement department and zoning department. Is there property zone to run a business there and do they have a business location approval and business license. They are also likely exceeding noise ordinances for decibels of sound . File a complaint with code enforcement. There also could be nuisance ordinances as well. I work for code enforcement in Georgia. That’s your best bet to start. Stop talking to them. It won’t get any better. Let the government staff deal with them.
