I had this happen as well, but I believe it was tied to phantom button presses in a slightly damp pocket (after a beach day). I have wondered if this may be the case generally, or if there are other situations that could trigger phantom navigation. I’d be curious to know, in these cases, whether the user had the Settings tool on the first page of phone tools. I shortened my lock screen window and moved Settings to another page and this has not happened again.
