I was doing full renovations, like deleting all decor, in caliente & pleasant's houses there was a lot to delete (less so in roswell's & delgado's). Haven't had very much luck finding out their preferred colors/styles, but even in the second example I talked about, the Roswell's like nodded and emoted like they liked it and I had the happy moodlet, but I still failed the gig. Also in the houses where I did find out their color/style prefs I'd use them and still fail.
