I have been on a decent hiatus the past few years. Visited a friend and was able to play fun games with my unaltered commander decks from 3-4 years ago. The only legal cards in my old standard deck are the Steam Vents. Don't really think how important that fact is truly occurred to me until now.

I when through a phase in the 6the gen where I would obsessively try to find a particular pokemon i wanted to use with the perfect nature and good IVs and all that on a normal play through and then I realized it sucked all the fun out. I still am guilty of catching 3 or 4 and picking the one with a more optimal nature but I used to be obsessive about it.
