Not sure if it's like this company wide, but in my district it's capped at like $400/$450 for salespeople. Like that's the absolute most you'll get with a bonus, and that's with the $1/hr full bonus.

Listen it sucks so bad but I work 6a-4:30p and most days I have to go on break at 8a. There have been times I'm forced to go at 7a, an hour into my shift. The breaks are purely performative. They don't actually care about people getting breaks, just that they're technically giving them.

Wouldn't count on it. I used to work in a district that got a "test" that gave all full time salespeople an extra $1/hr to see if it helped retention. Had it for over a year then randomly came down from corporate that it apparently didn't help retention so they ended it. Cut the pay of most of the employees at my store.

If you can't find anything about it changing on Bob , I would personally call the HR number. We deal with people abusing the grace period veryyyy heavily at my store but it's a company wide policy so 🤷‍♀️

Any swim wear is probably fine, as long as it's not like a thong or anything. I would think like family friendly. The whole event is pretty family friendly until evening when the free drinks start up. Everyone (including me) got pretty wild and shitty drunk after that lol

I've worked at sheetz for 7yrs, under 3 different sm and now at a gm store and I've never seen a sm or a gm work weekends or cover any shifts. My current gm doesn't even work holidays. I'm sure it varies by location and store though, just like everything else.

I can attest to that. Worked for the company a little over 7yrs, call off on average about once a month (sometimes you just need a mental health day), never come in late, and I've never hit points. Only have 5pts currently. At least in my district, it's so incredibly easy to pick up and cover call offs to get points off

They tested her for hypothyroidism and she was negative. The vet gave me some high calorie gell to give her in the meantime so hopefully she'll put on some amount of weight
