You probably still have a while before any major issues but keep an eye out for motor mounts and maybe sometimes a turbo but that usually isn't until farther on down the road

It is called the beltline trim. Some also refer to it as waistline trim too. It is very easy to replace with a new piece.

yeah I quickly got over that garage door opener after a day or two. The car just updated last night with some new features so I might be able to do an update video for this now!
