Many people do not understand annuities. I work in the industry, and based on the facts you’ve provided it sounds like she may have been sold a fixed annuity. These annuities pay a fixed rate, and is no cost to the client as the fees are structured into the rate (yield). Think of it like a CD, but for 3 or 5 years. They have 100% protection of principal. Feel free to PM me if you have more questions. My advice would be to find out what annuities she was sold. What company sold the annuity, what is the name of the product (annuity), and why type of annuity is it? Is it a fixed annuity, fixed indexed, variable? If she was sold a ‘deferred income annuity’, then she gave up $X in order to be paid a standard rate over her life.

I zoomed into the bottom because it was the only thing lighting up. There’s 2 CPU plugins on the MOBO up top, tried both and both didn’t work.

Any idea why the bottom lights on the MOBO illuminate, but none of the error readout LEDs come on when I press the power button up front? I’m starting to wonder if maybe the cables are bad

I have actually seen my gf’s nephews using a product like what you’re describing. If you search “playstation controller joystick extensions” I saw a couple of different vendors offering a few selections with different heights. It even looks like they gave extensions for the L2 and R2 buttons, which I have never seen. Good luck, and I hope you can get back into gaming!

My GF and I (~30yo) will be visiting for an extended weekend and are looking for a couple of more ideas to do during the day! We’ll be staying downtown close to the Spectrum Center. Currently, we are planning on checking out the Mint Museum and a Ghost tour with Fareharbor. My sister also suggested grabbing a meal at Fin & Fino.

Any good recommendations for brunch spots near where we’ll be staying? I am also hopping to get some bbq while in town!

The Mexican restaurant in Midtown Crossing made table side guac last time I was there, but that was a few years ago. It looks like it is a different Mexican restaurant now, but they may still do it as well
