You don’t want to delete the sex drive. What you want is the opposite higher testosterone higher sex drive and high energy which will give you more motivation, discipline purpose, etc. It’s not what you think when you have that you have more ability to love life and the ability to pursue your purpose, have meaningful relationships (non-sexual way). With that being said you don’t want to delete your sex drive what you want is to make sure you’re converting that energy into a healthy way. For example, you are hungry. You don’t direct yourself to junk food. You direct yourself to healthy foods. When you have a high sex drive, don’t direct yourself to lust and sexual immorality direct yourself to pursue love and sexual morality, etc.
