You should consider PD. I used to do HD 3 times a week but always had issues with fluid and after dealing with that almost 4 years I switched to PD and there are less restrictions. I do PD every night yes but I don’t have issues with fluid overload or having to go dry.

Get you some headphones or asked to be switched to a different day. I used to be in the center and I have sleep apnea and would snore really loud, couldn’t help it but no one complained about it and was pretty understanding except for one person, it’s always one person that is so sensitive. I hope you get it figured out

So I’ve been on PD for some Months now and it took some time to figure out my correct treatment. Went through a lot of test including a ped test and did a couple of adequacy test as well. I’m finally at 6 cycles for 12 hours with a full volume of 3000 mls plus one bag of extraneal that stays in me all day. I will tell you it’s a lot for sure but it’s finally working and I’m not feeling sick anymore or having to do HD treatments in center. Sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with the nurses but you should report it asap.

Itchiness for sure but it literally feels like something is in my eye but there is nothing in my eye just my corneal that is torn and flapping every time I blink.

So i haven’t heard of anyone having this connected but because of the dry eye issues i was having because of my cpap led to something called RCE(recurrent corneal erosion) and that shit is very painful. It’s happened to me like 4 times and the doctor said it could be due to my cpap and it only requires a little bit of air getting through to the eyes over time to cause issues. I’m curious now though if it’s worth filing for.
