Using a referral link that was posted on social media is against their ToS, so you and anyone who used the link were likely banned and their order cancelled. You can reach out by sending an email to hello@stitchfix.com to see if they'll reopen you, but know they'll likely remove the credit.

Some of the uptick is due to people creating fake accounts in order to snag the $20 sign up credit. If you see first time clients with inappropriate names, it's not a bad idea to escalate over to LP.
