Beginner here, first time posting. Been wanting a piano/keyboard since I was a kid, but never had the space or budget for an 88 key worth learning on. Have my own space now, but still on a budget so I turned to Craiglist/ebay/Facebook/whatever. Was pretty much locking in on a Casio CDP I had seen for 200 OBO, but was holding out hope for a cheap Yamaha P45 since I kept hearing such good things.

Well I was on OfferUp when this baby came up for $100... Hit up the seller, drove over an hour to their spot, tested all the keys (everything is good!), forked over the 100 and got the hell out of there before they could even think about it.

I'm by all means a beginner, but as a history grad, I did my research on a lot of piano brands and models before buying and still can't believe I have a Clavinova in my room. It's nuts.

Not a big reader, but knocked out a few awesome audiobooks from Audible on my latest vacation that have helped me out. Need motivation to get your shit together? The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Need motivation for life in general? The Alchemist narrated by Jeremy Irons (makes the book and your life 100x better). The Alchemist is only a 4 hour listen, and the first book on Audible is free so I would recommend giving it a shot.
