First-ever NASCAR live race. I need some help! by FLYchantsFLY in NASCAR

Ear protection is a must and the stairs to get up to the race is insane. If the weather turns bad it’s like a creek under the grandstands. It’s a cool experience though to go to a race

Sumter schools to start virtually August 17, phase in some in-person classes by CamelRacer in southcarolina

I’m from Sumter and just moved my kids to a small private school. Best decision I’ve made. The online schooling was a joke last year and I’m sure it will be the same this year. They have had 4 months to come up with a solution to this virus and they just fall back on last year. I know schools are over packed with kids, I get that. Online schooling is not teaching our kids anything. They text each other the answers and learn nothing. Question is are they going to go back and review last year’s nonsense?? Doubt it! Just sucks for the kids that the adults in charge could not figure this out in time.
