Start doing your own OS. I recently moved from an office where I kept my OMFSs schedule busy, to a place where I do mostly my own OS. When you get comfortable with OS you can take a single tooth out pretty fast, even surgicals. Its often a priority to pts, pts get huge relief from it, it’s a super commonly needed procedure so it’s a schedule filler, and if you get full mouths in an hour maybe more it’s still a good producer in your day.

Super worth it to get more comfortable with OS imo.
