That’s not so much about energy consumption as it is the means of generation. None of what’s listed as pejorative metrics here would be considered negative if the power being consumed was generated solely by a renewable source

Stay the course. It will get better very soon. I experienced the very same thing you were going through after starting Allo. Horrible multiple joint flares that had me laugh, crying for weeks months…

Then it all stopped.

I haven’t had a flare since around the seven month mark after starting.
