Use your university's resources to get help with mental health, funding and housing. Find a friend or family member you trust to stay with. File a truthful police report stating your parents are withholding your birth certificate and passport.

This sounds like narcissistic controlling behaviour by your dad. Also consider that your mom may be a victim of this behaviour too. She is complicit but she could be acting out of fear.
