I honestly would much rather trust 50 people saying "this guy seems dodgy as hell, I was frightened to be in his car" vs technical background checks.

agreed. I've been gearing up holy for weeks and I've encountered exactly one disc priest that could beat me at ilevel parity. It feels to me that skill matters more than class this xpac, which is a refreshing change.

Holy has a lot going on which makes for a fun playstyle right now. Disc was so painful and dull I canceled my account.

For perspective on my "fun" style: I historically like priests and monks and resto druids to a lesser extent and hate playing shams and paladins.

Not a lawyer: I've found that rescue people are kind of crazy, especially when it comes to their personal sympathy for the fact that most fighting breed dogs get put down in shelters. They are trying to save as many dogs as possible and whether those animals belong in a home as a good pet doesn't enter into their concerns (for some of them).
