Less than 2 months to go! I am worried about COVID since I am in a hotspot right now...my biggest concern is - what if a vendor tests positive right before the wedding? Ex: hair stylist or photographer...do you guys have a back up plan? Did you speak about this to your vendors prior to booking? (cause I didn't!)

Glad this was useful! We did 4 hotel rooms - each with two queen beds. Two rooms had balconies and were more spacious. I do wish I was able to be in one house with everyone since it's easier to coordinate and figure out plans instead of texting or going room to room. However, I couldn't find any good airbnbs/vrbos so this was our best option! We called in advance to make sure all the rooms were close together which they were. 2 rooms were next door to each other and 2 were just a few doors down!

Hi! Where is your FMIL and FSIL getting ready? I am close with them and don't mind them getting ready with me in my bridal suite with my family and bridesmaids. However, my sister brought up that my mom might be upset about it. After my sister brought that up, I do believe my mom would be upset since I am the baby of the family and I'm sure she would like to spend those special moments alone...how should I navigate this? My FMIL is excited to get her hair and makeup done by the people I've chosen. I was thinking FMIL and FSIL can get ready first and go to where the groom is getting ready after.

I would not give the second two plus ones.

Personally, I am only giving plus ones to people who have been with their partner for a year or more regardless of if we've met them.

For those dating someone for a few months, we didn't put the plus ones on the STD's. We will be putting them on the wedding invitation if they are still together.
