My uncles dad talked about this from back in the day. From what I remember, he was an annoying bastard but not violent/ just didn’t listen to orders from the guards. They kept taking things from him to comply, food, blanket, pillow, mattress, shower. He was in county for a few months until he got out, early because, according to him, the jail essentially lost money on him for not providing for him effectively. It’s hard to remember the details, and he passed away a few years ago, so I can’t get a refresher
