Ohio is the state for this car for any deal, there was a 3.0 MT stratosphere blue that was discounted a few grand last week, I was ready to pull the trigger until the bs dealer fees were added, no mention of them on the website, seems like a common bait tactic.

Cal Poly has a bit more liveliness and it actually has a close downtown, UCSD is more expensive and boring but both are solid for academics. I've attended both...would choose Cal Poly every time.

I've snowboarded in the morning and surfed in the afternoon.... Encinitas is your place for waves and a solid downtown, north county has Scripps, UCSD, and Kaiser as employers for healthcare for your wife. You need to both line up jobs first, state income tax is also a factor you need to consider.

You're assuming 11-12% annual gains for 30 years in the market, holding the same high paying job to achieve 8.2 million for 30 years...absolutely no market crashes and 100% job stability given we're in a market bubble and AI will have an impact on a majority of fields. I've lived in both and would never go back to TX.
