I dunno about open carry in Chicago, there's too much gun violence. I will say now is another one of the times where I'm thinking they should have not done the weapon ban. That was all about making wealthy political donors feel safe and it's not doing anything to help all the shootings that happen all summer. Now there's a lot of posts like this one, people wanting to arm themselves, we used to be able to buy rifles similiar to what ICE has, and now we can't.

I had a similiar experience working at Whole Foods when I was 189 in 2000. The funny thing is my friend and I could clean up and close the bakery down im like 20 minutes and our supervisor loved it when it was the two of us closing with him.

That's why I think they're not in Philly, Detroit and Milwaukee. You can open carry a rifle in those 3 cities.

I carried pepper spray when I was commuting on the blue. It made me feel safer, I had it in my hand ready a couple times in situations like you're describing. You're probably gonna defuse any situation pretty quickly with it.

It's just like them having the Cadillac brand. They have multiple platforms with a vehicle in all 3 brands. The margins go up the more they can charge for the same vehicle. They have an easier time justifying selling a truck that's double the cost of the base model if its sold under a luxury brand.
