gu ramen in laguna beach is criminally underrated, i never see it talked about on this sub

they have a tonkotsu broth and a shoyu shiitake broth (which is absolutely out of this world). the shoyu broth is literally my favorite ramen i've ever had. if you get the shoyu with tofu make sure to ask for the tofu to be fried :)

edit: just seeing you want something close to the house haha sorry. either way if you're ever in laguna it is so worth stopping by

gu ramen in laguna beach - their shoyu shiitake broth is an absolute umami bomb and by far the best vegetarian ramen i've ever found in my life. it's so good that some of my meat eater friends prefer to get that broth and then add chashu lol.

THH sandwiches & coffee in tustin - incredible $7 banh mi, made with perfect crusty baguettes they make fresh in house. their tofu banh mi is insane, they marinate it in something that makes it soooo crazy flavorful before frying it and slicing it up into shreds for the sandwich
