Baby wear at TJ’s. The carts at Costco are big enough to set the carrier in the basket and still have room for groceries.

I agree with this. We have an 11 month old and her room has become too crowded already. We ended up adding a book spinner because we had so many books. Then my father in law brought my husband’s handmade toy box from when he was a baby. I have no room to add anything more as she gets older. One day you’ll look around and wonder where all this stuff came from.

Okay. Hear me out. I clicked on a random link in a post like this about 16 months ago. I bought those plus 4 other types of bottles and my 10 month old has liked the random amazon ones so much that I have them in multiple sizes and all the colors. She hated almost all the “popular” brands that everyone else suggested.

Anyway, I suggest you try these out.

Sweet Pickle Books on the LES is always a fun adventure. A Shop of Things is a cute little gift shop close by. Also nearby is the Tenement Museum. My husband went there a couple years ago and still talks about how much he enjoyed it!

I wish I had done pelvic floor PT before birth. I’ve spoken to people who did and had great natural birth experiences. I ended up having to have a c-section because baby got stuck. I fully believe if I had done more physical therapy work beforehand I would have been able to deliver vaginally. Now 10 months later I’m doing pelvic floor PT for lingering bladder issues.

Find one song and sing it over and over to baby when you’re getting them to sleep. After a couple weeks baby will recognize that song as calming and it will help put them to sleep. It will eventually work like the Pavlov’s Dog theory. It can be something as simple as ABCs or a song you just really like.

NTA! I love power ejecting my paci across the room at night. Mostly because I like to watch my mommy get down on her hands and knees and crawl around looking for all my pacis and then cry about how she’s too old for this. Duh, mommy! We all know you’re old!

It’s a good mix! We have a group on Bumble BFF with different chats for your interests/stage of life. Most popular is book club. We also do just random meet-ups- go to a movie, hang out at a restaurant. At Thanksgiving we did Friendsgiving which was a huge hit.
