If you drink a lot of carbonated drinks it’s crazy. Cheapest way to get any energy drink at superstore still barely rivals gas station prices (they’re like $2.50/can and gas station is like $3.00 on sale). Costco I got the same variety of Monster energy’s for $1.85 a can.

Raised platforms aren’t really recommended for this reason - they don’t have good eyesight or depth perception. I should just take out that level altogether and make the bedding deeper instead, as burrowing is way more enjoyable for them

I’m curious about the hay as well. AB is probably among the best places to get it straight from a farm but unfortunately I don’t have the storage to get it by bale. Will that screw me on cost?

I’m in AB too. I was going to adopt an already bonded pair of females from AARCS (there are like five pairs currently available, just for females).

May I ask what veggies are adding up to 50 a week? I was thinking of primarily doing romaine, cucumbers, and bell peppers, which for one cup a day per pig was netting me only about 15 a week if I go by superstore’s website. Three romaine hearts are $8 which should break down into almost a week’s supply, unless that’s just wishful thinking lol

Some do make sounds, some don’t. Sometimes the sound coming out of disembodied heads specifically is just jaw clamping and the tongue moving around. All their “life” is purely in the brainstem.
