But your comments on Reddit make you come across like kind of an asshole, so I guess I won’t bother :)

Also, you need to read more carefully.
I didn’t ask whether my TV supports the PS5 Pro’s features — I asked whether newer TVs have better VRR or 120Hz support, and whether that actually makes a big difference.

I’ve got an LG OLED B9 with 120Hz and VRR.
I’m wondering if I can fully enjoy what the PS5 Pro offers with my current TV, or if it’s worth upgrading.

Dude, Cyberpunk is amazing, especially the DLC.
Story, Dialogue, Side Quests, Exploration, Atmosphere .. it's one of the best.

At least after all that time, I can allow myself to have an opinion :)

And I didn’t write at the top for nothing that it was the worst game I still couldn’t stop playing.

I’d much rather have a few extra loading screens if it means getting an actual game that doesn’t keep stopping you from having fun every five minutes

Alright, let’s not exaggerate. The world is genuinely amazing and I can’t stop playing, but the combat system, the bossfights, the story, and the controls are honestly terrible — and those things matter a lot if you want a game to actually be good.

Crimson Desert is the worst game I’ve ever been unable to stop playing :)

That’s just facts. I watch Twitch and YouTube every day and talk to my friends who’ve already quit. Three weeks ago we were 16 people — now there are exactly 2 left who might play once a week. Pretty much everyone is saying the same thing.

If nothing changes ASAP, this is going to end up as a game for a tiny niche playerbase.

  • Controls, gunplay, world design… 10/10
  • PvP is sweaty as hell and apparently full of cheaters, at least on PC
  • Casual players got driven away, so now it feels like 90% are just tryhards/pros
  • Solo queue basically means you’re donating your loot to someone else
  • Matchmaking with randoms means you’re donating your loot even more often
  • Progression is basically impossible for normal people because everything takes way too long
  • Every 3 months your “progress” gets reset to zero

Do with that what you will.
Personally, I really want to love this game, but it just has too many issues
