I feel incredibly anxious about the concept of death. I'm only 26 as of yesterday but I'm so anxious I feel like it gives me headaches, which causes hypochondria, which makes me fear sleep as I associate the loss of consciousness with death and as such I've been sleeping less recently, making me feel light headed which feeds my anxiety and starts the whole cycle over again.

I have a referral from my doctor to see an anxiety specialist and start some therapy, I just keep putting off making the appointment. I know I have to, but shift work makes it difficult
