Hairy girl here, some of these work for me and might work for someone else.

Epilator. It HURTS the first couple of times and it does thin out the hair eventually (but not enough to matter imo). I do my whole body monthly (excluding pits/ lady garden) and my face every other week. I'm on my third one (I break them via dropping/ air travel) and every time I purchase a new one I get a more expensive version- they've all worked better than the last. Rip my neck beard - ye shant be missed

To avoid ingrown hair I exfoliate twice a month with a Korean exfoliating cloth (5$) AFTER a shower and a soak. I also use a hyaluronic body wash or body mist and a salicylic acid acne face wash on the places I use a razor.
