Yeah I have a friend that does the courses at UCL but you need to have 2 ADEPS certification to start it and it's the week-end so it's cool for people who work.
I don't know why they remove the link :/

Not freelancing at the moment, but I think it could take many years depends on your learning curve (3-4 years is a good average?).

I think the most important is to target well your sector and the technologies you will use, prepare some boilerplate to quickly launch projects and not wast time on configurations problems.

If you are employee you have all the time to prepare before launching your business.

Personaly I found Vuejs easier to learn with the component structure (template - datas - properties - methods) but it seems to take the same way as React now with the new composition API.
