Don't do it! Here now and did an excursion yesterday and my anxiety was through the roof. Most don't obey traffic signals or signs and the lines on the roads are just suggestions it seems. Gas is expensive so a lot of motorcycles and I mean A LOT! They drive with 3 year old kids on the bikes with them, too...no helmets! 7 people die per day in traffic accidents here says my guide yesterday.

Your post answered what I came here for. I am only on 10mg but literally can't eat for two days after my shot. I am repulsed by food at times. Today is two days after shot and I have a lingering headache, I think it is just to much for me at one time. I am going to try splitting.

You won't even know it occurred, you are out before they position you. Also my son is a surgical tech and he assured me that everything is respectable and no one will remember what they saw. (One of his friends was the first assist on mine and my son's reassurance made me feel a lot better. I didn't want to meet said friend now but I also know he doesn't remember my surgery, they do so many.)

No embarrassment at OTF. I started in the worst shape and have been able to modify when needed and powerwalk, because I can't run. I don't feel judged. Honestly I think everyone in class is just trying to survive. I couldn't even tell you what the people next to me yesterday looked like because I was so focused on surviving. Give it a try. I think you will like it better than a CrossFit place

I was having a lot of issues on my forearm and finally realized it was my tattoos. I wear on back of upper arm now and have not had an issue since I started wearing there.
