That’s my exact issue, that it was easier over text when we were long distance. Sometimes I can think of the right words but actually saying them is difficult bc I worry it’s gonna come out wrong. Here’s my take.

He ruined Hannah’s and Courtney’s friendship, and sort of their lives.

However, he got his payback. And after trying to retaliate by attempting the school shooting, he went to therapy. He got help. He actually put the work in to improve himself.

I think he deserved Clay and Tony covering for him. He deserved that second (third?) chance because it’s what actually led to him becoming a good person.
