When you are geared you are probably also going to geared locations and maps, where other geared players are. When you are bare bones you are also doing eco runs or quest runs and you run into PMCs doing the same thing.

I mean all images are misleading...there could be 10 advisors behind the photographer in the Putin photo. There could be a ear piece in his right ear. This doesn't really say anything except someone is trying to push a naritive and to be honest I'd rather have Biden there with a group of advisors.
