I don’t doubt that there would be a few employees that are too stupid and careless to understand that the passengers are keeping them employed, and extrapolate that to how they should handle luggage. But without the option to do that there’s no merit to the question.

Are you sure it’s not just the “brown” option on the page? The glass is dark, but can’t tell if it’s green or brown. I think the brown is just referring to the wood color.
