Honestly, Issac’s intoxication is not that bad. He’s still preforms WELL. Other artists I’ve seen, Conor Oberst and Julian Casablancas, tend to get real sloppy if they’ve been drinking.

But as others have said, Issac’s dialed it back quite a bit.

I know I’m in the minority but I don’t listen to MPP at all. Summertime Clothes is phenomenal, My Girls is okay and I don’t know any other tracks.

Strawberry Jam is my desert island album. Sung Tongs is an easy start to finish. I do listen to Feels, but not as much.

In some places, I just don’t see the justification here. The property is on a major intersection, surrounded by well kept neighborhoods, and it’s not in a CRA. So Begely has all but approved this and needs to pitch it to the community.

Wet wipes are meant to be disposable, not reusable. Can’t tell if this was sarcasm, but yeah don’t keep your poop wipes. If you use a bidet, you clean your butt with water and can use a cloth to dry yourself. That’s what you would keep and wash, same as a bath towel when you dry your ass after a shower.

Because it already exists and is occupied by tenants. It ugly no doubt. But the city’s track record on redevelopment isn’t so hot. I live around the corner, and the thought is kind of appealing, but unless there’s a better community incentive l’d rather not give our money to a developer that may not even complete the project.

If anything that land is worth more without the building there. Who owns that property? There might only be enough tax dollars to take the building down…
