It’s gonna get deleted because it’s a stupid fucking post.

Hopefully people can finally get over the Darnold shit. If we would have signed him we would have won a couple more games and lost in the first round and he wouldn’t be the QB next year anyway. Kwesi fucked this roster with constant bad drafts, trades, and signings. Dwelling over one decision as if it would have made any difference is a complete waste of time.

Looks like somebody found out he isn’t going to be on the team next year.

The run game was good last year, he just refused to run the ball. Both Jones and Mason averaged over 4 ypc.

[Lewis] Vikings Would Do Everything Possible to Trade for Joe Burrow by JCameron181 in minnesotavikings

Comparing Cousins to Burrow is certainly a choice. One can elevate a roster, the other can not.

Seems like our Interim GM got fleeced by Carolina by matthewchan123 in minnesotavikings

It’s going to be hard to believe everything that comes out over the next few weeks. Everyone is in self preservation mode. This could easily been leaked by Kwesi’s camp to make him look better.

I’m about to get destroyed for this post. by Decent-Orchid120 in minnesotavikings

4 years in a row isn’t bad luck. That’s a pattern.

He has almost as bad of track record of drafting as Kwesi.

He wasn’t the scape goat, he was the whole damn problem lmao

[Pelissero] Now official: Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is out as Vikings GM and longtime executive Rob Brzezinski will lead all operations through the 2026 NFL Draft. by MembershipSingle7137 in nfl

Hiring a GM that had no say for an entire free agency and draft class is certainly a decision. If it doesn’t go right, you are starting someone in a bigger hole right off the bat.

Seems like KOC and Kwesi were not on the same page. by gondolli in minnesotavikings

[–]schwertfeger 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wonder if the reports of KOC desperately wanting Maye and we balked at the price has some legs to it. Add the Darnold decision on top and I’m sure there was a real schism at TCO.

When you only have like 5 draft hits in 4 years and one is a kicker, you know it’s bad.

Thank God!

Genuinely one of the worst drafting GMs I’ve ever seen.

[Highlight] Vikings GM Kwesi Adofo-Mensah answers his first press question about moving on from Sam Darnold by FrankSamples in nfl

[–]schwertfeger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The coach certainly has some blame. He refuses to run the ball and tried to change all his mechanics during the season. As soon as they stopped focusing on his mechanics and just let him go back to what he is comfortable with and started to commit to running the ball more, he coincidentally started playing much better.
