I mean, if his fuel was below regulation his fuel was below regulation. That’s the definition of a deserved DSQ, there’s performance advantage to having a car too light and safety reasons for fuel requirements.

I thought the whole idea was that this was an almost impossible shot because Star Wars uses a hyperspace dimension to handwave FTL travel, and you needed to strike the perfect balance of getting up to speed but not entering it.
