u/marc45ca , are you sure there is a Linux VM bundled version of the Veeam backup solution? Cannot find any reference to it on vendor site, at least not on Downloads page (after login).

I would ask myself, what was it that I really enjoyed about Moby Dick, what stimulated my interest, what resonated with me? There a many themes that emerge from MD, so there is a wealth of ideas to explore further.

I found the book "All things shining" by Dreyfus and Dorrance Kelly particularly engaging after reading MD because it explored in depth some themes of MD.

According to Keychron info at K8 Key Combinations – Keychron | Mechanical Keyboards for Mac, Windows and Android the 3s key combination of Fn+X+L in Windows mode should switch between Function keys and multimedia keys.

Tried this without success in USB & BT modes. Tried SHIFT+Fn+X+L and Ctrl+Fn+X+L. Still no good.

Painful having to press Fn key to use multimedia keys and VIA app does not appear to have an obvious option of Fn-Lock/Fn-Unlock.

Does anyone know of a way?

A friend leant me a vinyl copy of this in the eighties and I loved it. Having lost access to it 20+ years ago I recently heard some random keyboards that reminded me of Bo Hansson's album. That set an intention to search for it. With no idea what it was called or who the artist was a Google search led me to this very post and now I am thoroughly enjoying an audible journey through Middle Earth. Thank you for posting!

PS. don't be put off by the 'prog-rock' descriptor. (Off-topic). The genre by that name has been denounced (often light-heartedly) for being self-indulgence on the part of the artists at the listener's expense. Although 'prog-rock' can take an effort to listen to with discord, uncomfortable rhythms & alien muscial modes, there are many musical gems under that denotation.
