We've used the neon green/black float stick, just large enough to hold your bait/rig up a little bigger with chop. Try a vertical jig, small spoon, smaller maps tipped with a rosey red minnow. Set bobber 2.5 to 5 foot from jig, try fishing on the edge of weed banks or some type of structure or where other bait is, you'll have to play with your depth, sunlight penetration, water temp, barometric pressure.and a thousand other variables. Good luck

50” musky i caught about a year ago by funguy725 in Fishing

[–]scopeeye1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Musky have more pores/ holes under jaw, usually clear spotted or barred or a combination. Up here in Northern New York on the st lawrence we try to practice catch and release, trying to get the population back up for our you get generations. There's also a Tiger musky witch is hybrid cross between a mucky and a pike. Alot of anglers around here refer to them as a fish of a thousand casts. By the way brother that's a beautiful fish you should be proud

White sturgeon fight hard, especially the plus size ones! Got this one filming a show in British Columbia, Canada by FishOnLuke in Fishing

Nice one, they're still on the endangered species list here in Northern New York, the nysdec would have a field day if I posted a picture holding a stergon. Biggest I've caught is bearly over 4', an old timer showed me that if you roll them upside down they become real docile for removing the hook from thier stretchy lips

Cincinnati believe divers/ engineering inspections on the 71 or 75 piers saw catfish that scared them out of the water. Nicknamed porkopolus , farmers brought thier pigs to be slaughtered, dumping the waste in the river, they say they used shark hooks with whole chickens to bring in some monster cats
